Indian air strike in Pakistan
The tension between the two countries rises
Short from abroad. The Indian Air Force responded this morning to the attack on February 14th in Indian Kashmir with an air strike in the areas of Pakistan where the terrorists of the JeM group -attached to al-Qaeda. The attack was carried out -according to the local press- with 12 Dassault Mirage 2000I and was taken to prevent any new action of a jihadist group. A preventive attack that only increases tension between India and Pakistan, also because for the first time since 1971 a bombing was carried out in Pakistani territory. The Air Force in Islamabad has taken off some fighter aircraft to intercept Indian aircraft but it seems that there were no clashes between the two aircraft. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic country has denounced the operation because it was carried out in violation of the LOC (Line Of Control), or the area that separates the Kashmir area in 2, and he do not excluding potential retaliation against this attack.
