Ryanair launches pilot training program in Central and Eastern Europe
For more than 300 units over the next four years in Poland
Ryanair recently announced an important new training partnership with the international flight school Bartolini Air, based in Poland, for the supply of a pilot training program with Ryanair/Bartolini Air tutoring. This partnership will allow the low-cost to continue to attract highly qualified professional pilots to support its growth throughout Europe.
This new 18-month intensive training program offers pilots in training a structured path to achieve the license that makes them ready to join the Ryanair B-737 Type Rating program. Trainee pilots will be trained by the Bartolini Air instructors and will use the company's procedures, thus taking the first steps to become airline pilots. Over 300 new pilots from all over Europe will be recruited and trained at the Lodz and Olsztyn-Masuria airports over the next 4 years.

The best shifts in European aviation with 5 days of work followed by 4 days of rest
