Aircraft and transport. Italian MIT: reduction to 4 hours for tomorrow's strikes

All in the time slot 1pm-5pm

By order, the Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Paola De Micheli, in implementation of article 8 of the law of 12 June 1990, no. 146 and subsequent amendments, ordered the reduction, from 24 to 4 hours and the concentration in the time slot 1pm-5pm of tomorrow January 14, 2020, of the following strikes scheduled in the air transport sector:

strike of employees of the company Enav (Italian Flight Assistance Company) for the day 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours –from 00:01am to midnight– proclaimed by the trade union organizations Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl TA, Assivolo Paintings, Unica;

strike by employees of the Enav company in service at the Ciampino APT on January 14, 2020, lasting 24 hours -from 00:01am to midnight- proclaimed by the Rssaa Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl TA., Unica;

strike of employees of the ENAV company in service at the Rome ACC for the day 14 January 2020, lasting 8 hours -from 10am to 6pm- announced by the RSA Filt-CGIL;

strike by Air Italy technical and cabin crew for 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours - from 00:01am to midnight- fixed by the trade union organizations Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl TA;

strike by employees of the Enav company in service at the CA of Bari for the day 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours -from 00:01am to midnight- proclaimed by the Rrssaa Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Unica;

strike by air crew of Air Italy for the day 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours –from 00:01am to midnight– proclaimed by the trade union organizations Anpac, Anpav;

strike by employees of the Enav company in service at the ACC of Brindisi on 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours -from 00:01am to midnight- proclaimed by the trade union organizations Uiltrasporti, Ugl TA;

strike by the ground staff of the company Air Italy in service at Malpensa airport on 14 January 2020, lasting 4 hours -from 2pm to 6pm- fixed by the organizations Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl TA;

strike by the technical crew of Alitalia-Sai (Società aerea italiana) in as (extraordinary administration) for 14 January 2020, lasting 24 hours -from 00:01am to midnight- announced by the trade union organization Navaid-Naca Piloti AZ.

It is also known that the remaining 4-hour sector protests, of national and interregional value, scheduled on the same day but in another time slot, will take place in the same time slot, 1pm-5pm.

The measure became necessary and urgent in order to avoid serious and irreparable damage to the right of free movement constitutionally guaranteed.
