B-737 plane shot down: Iran asks for help from the USA and France
A support to decode information of the black boxes
Iran, after refusing to deliver the black boxes to Boeing (see AVIONEWS) regarding the Ukrainian plane crashed in Tehran (see AVIONEWS) hit by two missiles (see AVIONEWS) is now asking the United States and France for help in decoding the information contained in them. The Islamic Republic has requested the necessary materials from the Washington and Paris authorities but "has not received yet a positive response". Canada, Ukraine, Sweden, Afghanistan, Great Britain, Germany, in addition to Iran, are the Nations with citizens who died on board the aircraft. Canada offered its availability for sending devices as it would be one of the few Countries capable of decoding data.
