KUALA LUMPUR AIRPORT TO CLOSE TO PASSENGER FLIGHTS NEXT YEAR

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, According to the Asian Wall Street Journal, which quotes Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd executive director for operations, the Subang international airport in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be closed to commercial passenger flights from April 2001. The airport will keep on serving private planes and a convention and exhibition centre is being developed at the site.
