Aircraft and transport. Alitalia: strikes of tomorrow and extraordinary plan

The airline publishes the list of cancelled flights -ATTACHMENTS

Due to 24-hour air transport sector strikes confirmed by some Italian trade unions for tomorrow Friday 24 September 2021, Alitalia was forced to cancel several flights scheduled for that day.

 As a consequence of the flight cancellations on 24 September due to the 24-hour strikes, the airline was also forced to cancel some flights on 23 and 25 September 2021.

Travellers affected by cancellations can verify on which flight they have been rebooked at the www.alitalia.com website by filling in the empty fields ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’ and ‘Reservation Code’ in the ‘MY FLIGHTS’ section of the home page.

The carrier invites all customers already holding tickets for travels on 23, 24 and 25 September to check the status of their flights before going to the airport on alitalia.com website, or calling the airline at the toll-free number 800-650055 (within Italy), at +39-06-65649 (from overseas), or contacting the travel agency where the ticket was bought.

Travellers affected by cancellation or schedule change of its flights on 23, 24 and 25 September can rebook their travel at no additional cost or penalty or ask for a full ticket refund within 1st October 2021. Travel must be completed within 14th October 2021.
