Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is ready for dialogue with the Kremlin to end the armed conflict. To do so, Kiev has set the perimeter of negotiations with Moscow. Two key points: a stop to entry into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that would guarantee Kiev's neutrality between the Atlantic and Soviet blocs; a confrontation over the situation in Crimea and the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk annexed by the Russian Federation. 

"My enthusiasm for NATO cooled a long time ago after I realized that the Atlantic Alliance is not ready to welcome Ukraine. We never wanted to be a country that prays on its knees for something and I don't want to be that president". However, I am willing "to find a compromise on how these territories will continue to live". This was said by the Ukrainian president during an interview with the US television station Abc.

Meanwhile, the efforts of many countries to facilitate peace negotiations between Moscow and Kiev continue. European diplomats are working closely with the United States and the United Kingdom and are also urging China to mediate. And while Israel moves, Turkey has prepared the Lavrov-Kuleba summit, or the foreign ministers of the countries in dispute.
