US President Joe Biden will be in Europe starting tomorrow, March 24th. The American politician will meet the heads of State and prime ministers of the Old Continent on the occasion of the Extraordinary Council of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), announced by Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in the last days. Among the topics on the agenda: relations with Russia, support for Ukraine, the strengthening of deterrence and defense. 

The US President will also participate in the European Council to be held in Brussels. Here they will discuss, among other things, the new economic sanctions (including a possible embargo of Russian oil), which Brussels will dispose in the short term, and the freezing of foreign currency reserves in the hands of the Russian central bank. Biden will follow the discussion and, if necessary, could offer his own mediation.
