Training in preparation for possible Chinese occupation of some islands

A joint military exercise between the United States and Japan in the Japanese archipelago concluded yesterday in the Far East. The objective of the tests was to improve the synergy between the armed forces of the two countries, while preparing armed defense strategies in case of a possible occupation of some territories by China.
This was announced by the Japanese Ministry of Defense, led by Nobuo Kishi. The training took place at Shizuoka prefecture, near Mount Fuji. An amphibious landing unit of the Japanese Self-Defense Forces (SDF) and the 31st unit of the US Marine Corps participated in the exercise, as well as American-made Lockheed Martin F-35 military warplanes.
According to what has been communicated by the executive of Tokyo during the exercise was simulated a military attack against some islands: tested the ability to coordinate between the intelligence service and the tracking of objectives by the Japanese, with air and ground attacks conducted by US forces.
