The Fincantieri Group has a new Communications and External Relations Director: this is Lorenza Pigozzi who left the Mediobanca Group after 21 years, where since 2013 she has held the position of Head of Communications and Institutional Relations. Today she is adjunct professor of the Executive Corporate Communications master at the Luiss Business School "Guido Carli" University.

Pigozzi graduated in foreign languages and literature from the Catholic University "Sacro Cuore" in Milan. After some experiences in the world of finance and in some companies (Lazard and Banca Imi), in 2001 she arrived in Mediobanca, where since 2013 she managed the reputation of the brand during the Eurozone debt crisis and between two governance changes. 

Other experiences she gained include the six years he spent as a director of CheBanca, while at the moment she remains a director of Mediobanca Innovation Services (MIS) and R&D, the company that deals with economic and financial studies on Italian companies and markets. She is a member of the board of directors of the Associated Advertising Users association (Upa) and a director of Auditel.
