LAGUARDIA AIRPORT TO CLOSE TWO RUNWAYS FOR REPAIR WORK

NEW YORK, New York LaGuardia airport's runways 1331 and 422 will be shut down for most weekends from May 26 until October for repairs. The runways will never be closed at the same time, though. Officials said the shutdowns will not disrupt traffic because they will be carried out after midinight, when just few flights land or take off.
