EC ASK GE TO DISMISS HONEYWELL ACTIVITIES FOR 2,2 USDBN
LE BOURGET, PARIS, According General Electric sources, European Commission for competition would ask GE to dismiss activities in Honeywell, which GE want to acquire, for a value of about 2,2 USDbn. This is the requested condition for EC acquisition approval.
