EUROCOPTER TO CREATE HELICOPTER JOINT VENTURE WITH ROMANIA'S IAR

BUCHAREST, Eurocpter and aeronautical group IAR Brasov of Romania are to form a joint venture that will be called Eurocopter Romania, officials reported. The new company plans to start production by the end of the year. Eurocopter will hold a 51% stake in the group.
