BOEING ACQUIRES SBS

USA, U.S. aeronautical industry Boeing has acquired SBS International, a 30-year-old company specialized in crew-scheduling systems. According to a Seattle based company spokesman, this acquisition, the cost of which has been not disclosed, has been made to increase the Boeing's portfolio of aviation services.
