HUNGARY RENTS F-16

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY, According to Hungarian newspaper Nepszabadsag, Budapest government decided to rent a 24-aircraft package composed of Lockheed Martin F-16 from United States, starting September 1st and for 5 years. Several other countries, including Sweden, Turkey, Belgium and Israel offered to lease or buy aircrafts to Hungary to renew its combat fleet.
