NARITA'S SECOND RUNWAY TO OPEN EARLIER
TOKYO, The second runway at Tokyo's Narita airport is to open on April 20 2002, a month earlier than the date originally planned, the japanese paper Yomiuri Shimbun reported. The reason for the earlier inauguration would lie in the fact that the construction is proceeding faster than expected.
