US AIRCRAFT ATTACK AGAINST BASSORA RADAR
BASSORA, IRAQ, Some U.S. aircraft launched an attack against a radar installed in the Bassora airport, in Iraq, destroying it. Pentagon sources declared that the attack was effectuated as that radar was used by Iraqi forces to instruct own aircraft in flight over no-fly zone.
