European companies support Galileo project

Brussels, Belgium - Galileo Services will be presented next Monday

Telespazio, Thales, Septentrio, Eutelsat, FDC and Kongsberg will announce the creation of Galileo Services on Monday 18th in Brussels. Galileo Services aims at promoting the industry role in the Galileo programme, the joint project between European Union and European Space Agency. Galileo, the Eu challenge to Us Gps, will start operating from 2008. (m/cesn)
