Rome, Italy - 'Carabinieri' play a leading role aboard and on ground

Twenty 'carabinieri' of 'Gis', Italian special intervention group, escorted the former Afghan king on his flight from Rome to Kabul. The Italian militia was also responsible for the training of Afghan Police and king's body guards. (rdr)
