ILA 2002: MiG will be not present

Russian MiG aircraft maker will be not present at ILA2002 airshow. The reason of this defaillance is that the aircraft could be seized due a debit of the Russian government versus Swiss Noga industry, which sent, in 1992, food supplies to Russia, the payment of which was guaranteed by Russian government.
