NATO GROUNDS GREEK FIGHTERS INTERCEPTED BY TURKISH AIR FORCE

ATHENS, The greek fighters taking part in Nato military manoeuvres in Turkey for the "Destined Glory 2000" operation have been grounded by Nato "because of an interception by turkish fighters". Nato air region Caoc 6 Headquarter, stationed in Eski Sehir, Turkey, ordered the greek F-16 Squadron to go back after they entered turkish air space using a corridor that Turkey contested last october 12.
