Special 2002 Farnborough International Air Show: Jet Airways is the launch customer of Embraer 175 aircraft

Farnborough, Uk - Ordering 10 planes plus ten options

The Indian air carrier Jet Airways has become the launch customer for the new 78-seat aircraft manufactured by Embraer, the 175. The USD 50m worth deal has been formally reached yesterday at Farnborough air show by Jet Airways' chairman Naresh Goyal and by his counterpart at Embraer Mauricio Botelho. The agreement, a part from the order of 10 airplanes, includes ten options as well. (007)
