BURST TIRE CLOSED NAIROBI AIRPORT

NAIROBI, KENYA, Nairobi Jomo Keniatta airport was closed a few hours after a Kenya Airways Boeing 737-200 had to abort take-off because of a burst tire. The aircraft veered off the runway, but no one was hurt. Flights into Nairobi were diverted to Kisumu and Mombasa airports.
