Intelsat 906 lifted off to space

Kourou, French Guyane - 22nd Intelsat satellite in orbit thanks to Arianespace

Intelsat 906, the communications satellite of the international satellite operator Intelsat, lifted off last Thursday from the Kourou (French Guyane) aerospace base. The satellite has been escorted by Ariane-44L, the rocket propeller manufactured by Arianespace. Thanks to this launch, so far Arianespace launched into orbit 22 Intelsat consortium satellites.
