FAA suggest to change passenger seats

Washington, Usa - FAA wants airlines to install safer seats

By now it's just a proposal of the Federal Aviation Administration, the authority of civil aviation, but if the request to change all seats on board of the aircraft is going to be voted, airlines would have 14 years to conform.
