NEW GENERAL MANAGER FOR VIRGIN EXPRESS
BRUSSELS, Neil Burrows was appointed general manager of Virgin Express. He will replace John Osborne, who worked for BA before its appointment with Virgin. Burrows, ex director of flight operations of the airline, worked with Ansett Australia from 1995 to 1997 as director of flight operations and was senior flight operations inspector for Caa from 1980 to 1985.
