BA TO OPEN FLORIDA CALL CENTRE

FLORIDA, BA announced it will open a telephone reservation centre in Jacksonville, Florida. The centre will have about 500 workers and will open in March 2001. It will be managed by Flytele, a wholly owned subsidiary of BA.
