EMBRAER: PROFITS MORE THAN DOUBLED IN THE THIRD QUARTER
BRAZIL, Embraer said its profits have more than doubled in the third quarter of the year thanks to a rise in production rates in the last months. Net profits rose to R$188.2m (US$104m) from R$87m in the three months to 30 September. Revenue incresed 32%, reflecting the rise in deliveries. In 199 Embraer had a market share of 36% for planes between 20 and 90 seats.
