Wellington, New Zealand - They'd experience breaks of which the cause is not known

The first incident to the blades of the rotor of a Bell UH-1D/H Iroquois helicopter happened in July, 2001, when the aircraft of the New Zealand Air Force were operating in Timor East as part of the contribution to the UN peacekeeping force. In that occasion the blades endured damages whose causes an inquiry was opened, but the Air Force and the constructor (Bell) don't agree on the conclusions....
