One minute of silence in the EU Council for the fallen in Nasiriyah
Brussels, Belgium - Simultaneously with Italy
Today at 11.30am the EU Council gathered in Brussels observed 1 minute of silence in remembrance of the victims of the Nasiriyah massacre. The silence was observed simultaneously with Italy interrupting the meeting chaired by the Italian minister of Foreign Affairs, Franco Frattini.
