SPANISH-AUSTRALIAN GROUP BUYS BRISTOL AIRPORT

U.K., Bristol International Airport will have Spanish-Australian owners in investment bank and construction company . This joint venture will buy the airport for $342 million in total; $290 million for the airport and $53 million representing a repay of debts.
