CHINA LAUNCHES SECOND UNMANNED SPACECRAFT

BEIJING, The unmanned spacecraft in the seconf test flight was launched today from the base of Jiuquan, in the Gobi desert. It would return in a few days and it will conduct experiments in physics and astronomy and on space's effects on life forms and materials, the Xinhua News Agency said.
