BBA GROUP AND GULFSTREAM TO JOIN FORCES
UK, The british firm BBA Group and the US jet builder Gulfstream signed an agreement. As a part of it, BBA will purchase Gulfstream's engine overhaul and repair business operations at Dallas while Gulfstream will acquire the assets and assume operation of BBA's regional maintenance centres in Usa. The two firms will also set a marketing and product support agreement.
