GAZA AIRPORT TO OPEN FOR PILGRIMS

GAZA CITY, Israel gave the go-ahead on Sunday for a partial reopening of the Gaza airport, in the Palestinian territories, to allow pilgrims to travel to Makkah, the airport director told agency France Press. The airport would be open from 8am to 5pm daily to allow some 8,000 pilgrims, said director of the Yasser Arafat International.
