TBI TO MANAGE LONDON LUTON AIRPORT

LONDON, TBI, which already owns Belfast and Cardiff airports and holds a 25% stake in Luton airport, is to buy a further 65% stake in London Luton Airport Holdings Ltd. Following the deal, which worth £82 million, TBI will have operational and management control. TBI owns Orlando regional airport too.
