AIRBUS SAYS JAPANESE INDUSTRIES MUST DECIDE SOON WHETHER JOINING A380 PRODUCTION OR NOT

TOKYO, Andreas Sperl, European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co NV unit Airbus Industrie's financial director, said japanese aeronautic industries must decide by the summer whether taking part in A3XX production or not. The contracts will be allocated to other companies in case they wouldn't join the program. Airbus wants the allocation of the program to be closed at that time.
